With a background in both women's health and pediatrics in British Columbia, Canada, Melissa is now a small business consultant and performance coach for healthcare professionals. Through her programs, as well as her podcast OTs Gone Rogue, she's on mission to help more women in healthcare to transform their knowledge into a sustainable revenue stream, where they can find purpose and freedom beyond clinical work
Over the last 10 years, she has helped hundreds of professionals to start, grow and scale their businesses as coaches, consultants, course creators and CEOs.
A sought after speaker on role-emerging areas including women's health, entrepreneurship and coaching, Melissa has lectured and presented for colleagues, universities and OT organizations around the globe.
When she’s not supporting healthcare professionals to think outside the box, you’ll find Melissa on a hiking trail in British Columbia or planning her next East Coast adventure.
