We're looking for a Community Manager for the WHOT Business Academy!

Are you looking for an opportunity to work from anywhere while helping to support trailblazing OTs in women’s health and entrepreneurship? 

The Women’s Health OT Business Academy is a membership community that supports therapists in growing a business from the inside-out… Without sacrificing their health OR their sanity. We’re continuing to grow and we’re now looking for a Community Manager!

This opportunity will start at ~20 hours per month with more hours added as the role and membership community continues to develop.

Other considerations: 

-> You do NOT need to be an Occupational Therapist in order to be considered for this position! You do, however, need to have an idea of what the OT profession is all about!

-> You do NOT need to be knowledgeable about business or entrepreneurship to be considered for this position. 

-> Preference will be given to someone with experience in community leadership.

Please note: this is an independent contractor position.

You Must Be:

+ Attentive to detail

+ Able to communicate clearly, kindly, and effectively - especially through writing

+ Able to stay organized and follow SOPs for assigned tasks

+ Quick on your feet and willing to learn new things

+ Committed to following through on strict deadlines

+ Solutions-oriented by coming up with solutions to problems on your own

Some of your responsibilities include:

1) Manage Member Facebook Group

+ Admit people into group

+ Welcome new members

+ Answer questions to point people in the right direction

+ Congratulate and celebrate with members

+ Schedule posts

2) Support our Community Leaders

+ Assist in member communications

+ Identify and report member engagement trends

+ Collect content for weekly member email

+ Write weekly member email 

+ Other tasks as assigned

3) Manage Member Content

+ Organize and upload member trainings, masterclasses and call recordings

+ Ensure all content is up to date and functional
